We ship worldwide (excluding remote areas in Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your Birkenstock products arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Options & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95
    – Order processing: 1-2 business days
    – Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (EMS for orders over $50)
    – Order processing: 1-2 business days
    – Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Birkenstock footwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or special order items
  • Items marked “Last Chance” in our menu
  • Arch Supports and Insoles that have been removed from original packaging or show signs of wear

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] using our return request template
  2. Wait for Authorization – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation

Refund Process

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Process

To exchange for a different size or style:

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
