Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
  • We cannot accept returns on customized or special order items
  • Final sale items marked “Last Chance” cannot be returned or exchanged
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Arch Supports and Insoles that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or style:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your email, clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item

You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For international customers (excluding remote areas in Asia):

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with the return
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
